We use Scrum with RUP elements as a project managing methodology.
It means that every project we work goes through following stages:
- Project starts from discussing requirements with our IT Analyst. That stage is most important cause it defining final features of future application.
- After defining all requirement and composing of requirements list or Functional Specification. Project Manager and team of developers starts their work.
- At the final stages of your project Testers from QA department will check application and make it bug-free.
