21st of July team of Development Mill together with members of international student organization AIESEC Omsk met in Omsk airport intern from Turkey - Kubilay Gençkan. During 3 months Kubilay shared him knowledge that he got in AIESEC Turkey and University with colleagues. Also his stay motivated Development Mill to think about their English knowledge.This exchange program includes both as professional development and cultural understanding. He saw russian hospitality, russian wide horizones, russian reality. As Kubilay confirmed that what he saw here differs a lot: families have a rest with children on weekends, there are a lot of people in libraries. With other foreign guests (from Brazil, Philippines, Turkey, Slovakia, Egypt, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Poland) of social project Kubilay got to know to our traditions, customs of Russian Federation. A lot of things were new for them, for example, "banya" (russian sauna), appearance of sun (early sunrise, deep sunset), various weather during a day.But this experience was quite rich as for company as for Kubilay.We wish Kubilay good luck and great thanks for changing our mindset.
